1. Nature of the Cashback

1.1 Cashback is calculated at a rate of 5% of the trade result, whether profit or loss.

1.2 Cashback does not constitute a profit guarantee and shall not be considered full compensation for any losses incurred.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to amend, reduce, or terminate the cashback percentage at any time.

2. Credit & Usage Mechanism

2.1 Cashback is credited as a withdrawable balance.

2.2 The cashback amount may be used for trading and may be withdrawn in cash without restriction, subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The offer is available for all account types.

3.2 The offer is granted once per individual only, including accounts linked by device, IP address, or identification documents.

3.3 Completion of full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures is required in order to benefit from the offer.

4. Abuse, Manipulation & Disqualification

4.1 MaxifyFX LTD reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any Client suspected of abusing the Program.

4.2 The following Prohibited Trading Practices, as defined by the Company and aligned with Section 4.4 of the Client Agreement, are strictly forbidden under this Program:

• Opening opposing positions (hedging) on the same instrument, whether within the same account or across linked accounts (same IP, device, family members, or documents);
• External hedging with other brokers;
• Coordinated or multi-account trading activity;
• Exploiting price discrepancies or execution delays (Latency Arbitrage) to benefit from the cashback;
• Price manipulation;
• High-frequency trading (HFT) or toxic trading strategies;
• Any violation of trading integrity;

4.3 If any of the above behaviors are confirmed, the Company reserves the right to:

• Deny or revoke cashback or related compensation;
• Void trades deemed manipulative;
• Suspend or terminate the Client’s Trading Account;
• Take any other action deemed necessary under the Client Agreement.

5. Violations & Company Rights

5.1 If any suspicious or exploitative activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to immediately cancel the cashback without prior notice.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to deduct cashback amounts or cancel profits generated from it without financial obligation.

5.3 All Company decisions in this regard shall be final and binding.

MaxifyFX offers a USD 35 Welcome Bonus, subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Bonus Eligibility & Account Type

1.1 The bonus is exclusively available for Standard accounts only and will be credited to a dedicated Welcome Bonus account with a value of USD 35.

1.2 The bonus is granted once per account only.

2. Bonus Usage

2.1 The bonus may be used for trading purposes only to support margin and shall be treated similarly to a cash deposit for trading purposes.

2.2 The bonus amount itself is non-withdrawable under any circumstances.

3. Family Eligibility

3.1 The bonus may be granted to only one individual per family, including (mother, father, husband, wife, brother, sister, son, daughter).

3.2 Valid official documentation must be provided to verify eligibility. No other family member shall be entitled to claim the bonus.

4. Bonus Profits & Withdrawals

4.1 Profits generated from trading with the bonus may be withdrawn once the account balance reaches USD 100.

4.2 Upon executing any withdrawal, the bonus amount will be immediately canceled.

4.3 The maximum withdrawal amount from bonus-generated profits is limited to USD 150.

5. Bonus Validity Period

5.1 If the bonus is not used within 30 days from the date it is credited to the account, it will be automatically removed.

6. Transfers Between Accounts

6.1 The bonus and its profits cannot be transferred between sub-accounts or secondary accounts.

7. Age Requirement

7.1 The bonus is available only to individuals under the age of 40.

8. Geographic Scope

8.1 The offer is available exclusively to residents of Arab countries.

8.2 Residents of the following countries are excluded from the offer:
Jordan, Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

9. Leverage Conditions

9.1 Trading using the bonus is subject to a maximum leverage of 1:100.

9.2 Upon making a real deposit, leverage may be increased up to 1:300.

10. Verification & Profit Withdrawal

10.1 A fully verified account is required before submitting any withdrawal request related to bonus profits.

10.2 The Client must complete full KYC verification procedures and provide a clear selfie photo when requesting a withdrawal.

11. Prohibited Trading

11.1 Opening opposing positions (hedging) within the same account or across linked accounts (same IP address, device, or family members) is strictly prohibited.

11.2 The use of automated trading systems (Expert Advisors – EAs) is strictly prohibited.

11.3 If any suspicious activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to immediately revoke the Welcome Bonus without prior notice.

11.4 Any trade closed in less than 120 seconds will not be considered valid for bonus profit purposes, as high-frequency trading is prohibited.

12. Company Rights

12.1 The Company reserves the full right to cancel the bonus or any related profits at any time if abnormal or non-compliant activity is suspected.

13. Legal Nature of the Bonus

13.1 The bonus and its profits shall not be considered real funds or a vested right of the Client unless and until a withdrawal request is finally approved by the Company.

13.2 The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any withdrawal request in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions without any legal or financial obligation.

14. Other Promotions

14.1 The Welcome Bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, Introducing Broker (IB) commission, or cashback program.

14.2 Combination with other offers is permitted only after a real deposit has been made.

3.3 If funds are transferred from a Standard account to a non-Standard account, a proportional amount of the bonus corresponding to the transfer amount shall be canceled.

3.4 The bonus cannot be transferred between sub-accounts or linked accounts.

4. Maximum Bonus Limit

4.1 The maximum Deposit Bonus applies to deposits up to USD 6,000.

5. Geographic Scope

• Remove the bonus and/or any related profits in whole or in part;
• Cancel related trades;
• Reject withdrawal requests;
• Prohibit the Client from participating in future promotions or bonuses.

8.2 All Company decisions in this regard shall be final and binding.

9. Company Rights

9.1 MaxifyFX reserves the full right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer or any of its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9.2 The Client’s continued use of the trading account constitutes explicit acceptance of any subsequent amendments.
