1. INTRODUCTION
The Promo Code Deposit Bonus Program is a bonus scheme offered by MaxifyFX LTD (Herein the “Company”) to the Eligible Clients of the Company who satisfied the criteria. This bonus scheme offers Clients the opportunity to start trading the markets in a real environment with additional Bonus.
1. GENERAL TERMS
The Promo Code Deposit Bonus (hereinafter the “Bonus Scheme”) is a promotional program offered to eligible Clients who meet the required criteria. The Bonus provides Clients with additional trading credit for use in real trading conditions.
1.1. The Bonus Scheme is available to Clients who meet the eligibility criteria described in Sections 1.2 and 3.
1.2. To qualify, a Client must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Open a real trading account.
Successfully complete required KYC/AML verification.
1.3. By participating, the Client accepts and acknowledges all Terms and Conditions of this Bonus Scheme.
2. COMMENCEMENT DATE & VALIDITY
2.1. The Bonus Scheme begins on 1 December 2025 and will remain active until terminated at the Company’s discretion.
3. ELIGIBILITY, CONDITIONS & BONUS RULES
3.1. Available only to all Active Clients.
3.2. Only Approved Clients (passed KYC and phone verification) may claim the Bonus.
3.3. Phone verification is mandatory before requesting the Bonus.
3.4. The Bonus must be claimed within 30 days from the registration date.
3.5. The Bonus is limited to one account per Client, per device, and per IP address.
3.6. The Bonus applies only to Individual accounts.
After depositing and transferring funds to MT5, the Client must request the Bonus by emailing: support-team@maxifyfx.com
or contacting via customer support system. Include MT5 account number + Promo Code.
3.6.1. If a Client starts trading before the Bonus is added, the Company bears no responsibility for any losses or Stop Outs.
3.7. The Bonus is non-withdrawable and is strictly for trading purposes.
3.8. There is no profit cap—Clients may withdraw profits gained from trading with the Bonus.
3.9. Any withdrawal or internal transfer from the trading account will result in automatic removal of the Bonus.
3.10. To opt out of the Bonus, the Client must email support-team@maxifyfx.com or contact us via customer support system.
3.11. The Bonus expires after 30 days and will be automatically removed.
3.12. Cryptocurrencies and Shares (Stocks) are excluded from trading under this Bonus Scheme
4. COMPANY RIGHTS & FRAUD PREVENTION
4.1. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Bonus at any time without prior notice.
4.2. The Company may refuse to issue the Bonus at its discretion.
4.3. If false or misleading information is detected (e.g., fake ID, incorrect address, third-party phone number), the Bonus may be removed immediately.
4.4. Prohibited Trading Practices
If the Company detects:
- Hedging internally using multiple accounts
- Hedging externally with other brokers
- Coordinated or multi-account activity
- Latency arbitrage
- Price manipulation
- HFT or toxic trading strategies
- Violations of trading integrity
- Locked Positions (simultaneous long and short positions on the same instrument opened for the purpose of exploiting price discrepancies, swap differences, execution delays, or other non-market advantages)
The Company may:
- Remove the Bonus
- Cancel related profits
- Suspend or close accounts
- Block linked accounts based on CID/IP/device matching
4.5. If multiple Bonus accounts are detected per Client/IP/device, the Bonus will be removed and the Company bears no liability for any Stop Out resulting from the removal.
5. DISPUTES
5.1. Any dispute not covered by these Terms will be resolved by Management in a fair and reasonable manner.
6. DECLARATIONS & RISK NOTICE
6.1. In the event of arbitrage, fraud, or manipulation, the Company may:
- Suspend or close the Client’s accounts
- Remove all credited bonuses
- Void all trades, pending orders, profits or losses
6.2. The Company accepts no responsibility for Stop Outs or losses resulting from Bonus removal.
6.3. Risk Warning:
Forex and CFDs are leveraged products carrying a high level of risk. Clients may lose all invested capital. Clients should ensure they fully understand the risks before trading.
6.4. This document is written in English. In case of conflict between versions, the English version prevails.
